Educational qualification
Degree in Civil Engg. + Masters in Highway/Transportation Engineering
Preference will be given to MBA with above qualifications.

MBA with work experience
Age Limit
- 50 years
The candidate shall have 8 years of professional experience with strong background of Highway Engineering with about 5 years’ experience in computerized pavement management system based on HDM or similar system. He should have working knowledge of Transport Economics. He must have firsthand experience of road management using computerized system and shall be knowledgeable of GIS. He shall have knowledge of Engineering surveys like inventory and condition survey, FWD, CD and Traffic surveys etc
